高海拔特长公路隧道施工作业环境改善关键技术研究

Study on the Key Techniques for Improving Working Environment of the Extra-long Highway Tunnels in High Altitude Areas

  • 摘要: 国道317线雀儿山特长公路隧道具有“高海拔、高地应力、低温、低气压、低氧”等特点,施工初始阶段通风效率低、内燃机械排放的有毒有害气体含量高等因素造成隧道内施工作业环境差,极大影响施工人员身体健康,威胁人身安全。基于此,文章开展隧道内施工通风、制氧供氧及内燃机械有害气体减排技术研究,提出了高海拔特长公路隧道施工作业环境改善关键技术,实现了雀儿山隧道安全、均衡、快速施工。

     

    Abstract: The extra-long Que′ershan road tunnel on the No. 317 national road has the characteristics of high alti? tude and geostress, low temperature, low atmospheric pressure and oxygen, and the working environment inside the tunnel is harsh due to low efficiency of ventilation at the initial stage of construction and the emitted hazardous gas from internal combustion engines, affecting health of the constructers and threatening the personal safety. A study on the construction ventilation, oxygen generating and supplying and the techniques for reducing hazardous gas emission from internal combustion engine is conducted. Finally the key techniques for improving the working environment of extra-long road tunnels in high altitude area are proposed.
