铁路隧道无轨运输斜井主要设计参数研究

Research on the Main Design Parameters of the Inclined Shaft with Trackless Transport in Railway Tunnelling

  • 摘要: 无轨运输斜井由于高效率、低投入、易维护等优点而在铁路、公路、水利以及矿山等行业中得到了广泛应用,但各个行业对斜井纵坡和内轮廓等设计参数均无统一标准。文章参考铁路、公路、矿山等行业有关无轨运输斜井坡度和内轮廓的设计规定,通过理论计算和公式推导,提出了铁路隧道无轨运输斜井的最大坡度和基本内轮廓尺寸等主要设计参数,确定了无轨运输斜井净宽、净高的设置原则,以及斜井内错车道或平坡段的设置间距。

     

    Abstract: Inclined shaft with trackless transport mode is widely applied in the railway, highway, hydraulic engi? neering and mines attributed to the advantages of high efficiency, low input and easy maintenance, but a unified standard for the design parameters of longitudinal gradient and inner contour of inclined shaft is not available at present time. By reference to the design regulations on gradient and inner contour of inclined shaft adopted in different industries, the maximum gradient and basic inner contour dimensions of inclined shaft with trackless transport in railway tunnelling are proposed by theoretic calculation and formula derivation, and the design principles of clear width and clear height as well as the interval of passing bay and flat slope section are determined for the inclined shaft with trackless transportation.
