Abstract:
The defects of cavity at crown, lining cracking and chip off-falling, water seepage and leakage and so on in operated railways will endanger the safety of railway operation. The damage patterns of lining cavity and the advantages and disadvantages of the common remediation methods for the lining defects are analyzed in respects of theory and damage model. The prevention techniques by grouting with mould for lining defects are proposed to realize reinforcement and rehabilitation aiming at the lining defects of certain operated railway tunnel. The application effect shows that lining integrity is good, with the characteristics of short construction period and high efficiency.
