衬砌缺陷防治技术在运营铁路隧道中的应用研究

Application of Lining Defect Prevention Techniques in Railway Tunnels in Operation

  • 摘要: 运营铁路隧道存在拱顶空洞、衬砌开裂掉块、渗漏水等缺陷,危及列车运行安全。基于此,文章从理论及破坏模型方面分析了衬砌空洞的破坏方式,对常规衬砌缺陷整治方法的优缺点进行了分析。针对已运营的某铁路隧道衬砌缺陷,提出采用衬砌缺陷成套技术中的带模注浆防治技术进行加固和修复。应用效果表明,经过注浆修复后的衬砌整体性良好,治理效果显著,具有节省工期、提高工效、不返修等特点。

     

    Abstract: The defects of cavity at crown, lining cracking and chip off-falling, water seepage and leakage and so on in operated railways will endanger the safety of railway operation. The damage patterns of lining cavity and the advantages and disadvantages of the common remediation methods for the lining defects are analyzed in respects of theory and damage model. The prevention techniques by grouting with mould for lining defects are proposed to realize reinforcement and rehabilitation aiming at the lining defects of certain operated railway tunnel. The application effect shows that lining integrity is good, with the characteristics of short construction period and high efficiency.
