Abstract: Quality of the tunnel secondary lining is related to operation safety of railway. Based on secondary lining construction of the Chongqing section of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway, the construction installation equipment, construction technology and management measures are optimized aiming at the defects of lining quality,especially a series of improvement measures are taken regarding the flatness of primary support, laying of waterproof board, concrete distribution of trolley, quality of concrete vibration, monitoring of vault void, treatment of construction joint, waterstop installation, realizing effective management of construction of secondary lining and standardizing operation standards, improving the construction quality and achieving good construction results.
