新建高速公路上跨运营高铁隧道结构安全分析

Structure Safety Analysis of a Newly Built Expressway Crossing over an Operating High-speed Railway Tunnel

  • 摘要: 在新建高速公路上跨运营高速铁路隧道的施工中,线路的交叉必然会引起既有隧道结构的受力改变,从而影响铁路隧道的运营安全。基于此,文章结合工程实例,针对上跨交叉段,采用MIDAS GTS/NX有限元分析软件进行数值模拟分析,研究高速公路荷载施加前后高速铁路隧道结构受力和安全系数的变化情况。结果表明,高速公路荷载施加后,既有隧道应力增加和结构安全系数降低的幅度较小,对隧道结构的安全性能影响很小,隧道处于安全状态。

     

    Abstract: The line intersection will change the mechanical behavior of existing tunnel during the construction of an expressway crossing over an operating high-speed railway tunnel and endanger the operation safety of the railway tunnel. Based on a practical engineering case, a numerical simulation analysis on the overcrossing intersected section is conducted by MIDAS GTS/NX finite element software, and the changes of mechanical behavior and safety factors of high-speed railway tunnel are studied before and after the load applying of expressway. The results show that the amplitude of stress increase and safety factor decrease of existing tunnel are small after load applying of expressway, and it has a little effect on safety of tunnel structure.
