基于模糊控制的隧道施工期分区除尘技术研究

摘要 针对隧道自动除尘系统存在除尘手段单一和除尘效率低的问题,提出一种基于模糊理论的隧道分区除尘新方法,结合模糊PID控制技术构建一种分区除尘系统。该系统利用采样模块实时监测数据,通过模糊控制模块在线校正参数,不断循环控制变频器来提高被控对象的运行频率,调节各作业区通风量与喷雾量,最后由处治模块实现通风排尘和水幕降尘协同除尘的目的。将该系统应用于西藏某高海拔特长隧道,结果表明,该系统能够降低掌子面、仰拱以及二次衬砌作业区的粉尘浓度,平均浓度分别降低了78.60%、78.90%、80.00%,具有较高的除尘效率,能有效保障隧道施工作业人员的身心健康,提高隧道施工效率。

Abstract: For the problems related to the lack of alternatives for dust removal means and low dust removal efficiency in the tunnel automatic dust removal system, a new method of zonal dust removal based on fuzzy theory is proposed,and a zonal dust removal system is established by combining fuzzy PID control technology. The system uses the sampling module to monitor the data in real time, corrects the parameters online through the fuzzy control module, and continuously circulates the control frequency converter to improve the operating frequency of the controlled object,to adjust the ventilation and spray volume of each operation area. Finally, the treatment module realizes the purpose of coordinated dust removal by ventilation and water curtain dust fall. The system is applied to a high-altitude super-long tunnel in Tibet. The results show that the system can reduce the dust concentration in the tunnel face, inverts and secondary lining operation area, with the average concentration reduced by 78.60%, 78.90% and 80.00% respectively. With a high dust removal efficiency, the system can effectively protect the physical and mental health of tunnel construction workers, and improve the tunnel construction efficiency.
