Abstract：
Based on the investigation of immersed tunnels both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the real-time positioning measurement methods of element immersion. In addition, it introduces the most popular methods, such as the total station, GPS, sonar and mechanical methods, and compares the merits and faults of these methods. Finally, the applicability of each measuring method is discussed.
