摘要 文章针对富水隧道超前帷幕注浆工效低的现状,以胶州湾海底隧道富水断层破碎带施工案例为依托,对影响超前帷幕注浆施工速度的钻孔设备的优选及改进、注浆材料的选用、“双通道注浆器”的研发及使用进行了系统总结。使用该施工技术后,注浆堵水效果显著,裂隙充填较密实,围岩整体性较好,强度和密度较之前有所提高,注浆达到了预期效果。

Abstract:  In light of the low efficiency of advance curtain grouting in water-rich tunnels, this paper systematically sums up the factors involved in the optimization and improvement of drilling equipment, the selection of grouting materials, and the development and utilization of the two-channel grouter—all of which are affecting the speed of advance curtain grouting in the construction of the Jiaozhou Bay Subsea Tunnel, located in a water-rich fault fracture zone. The results obtained by using this technique were significant and included a dense filling in cracks, maintained integrity of the surrounding rock, and better strength and density.
