摘要  新建的南充—大竹—梁平高速公路华蓥山隧道长8 168 m,在进口及出口两端穿越煤系地层,为高瓦斯隧道,施工通风属于建设工程中的关键部分。结合目前机械通风的几种方式,以及华蓥山隧道的具体特点,本工程最终采用了压入式和射流巷道式相结合的通风方式;通过对隧道需风量、瓦斯工区分布、风筒与隧道的具体阻力计算,对施工通风风机进行了优化配置,并确定了各个工区的施工通风方案,较好地解决了特长公路瓦斯隧道的施工通风问题。

Abstract: The newly-built Huayingshan tunnel on the Nanchong-Dazhu-Liangping expressway is 8168m long with its entrance and exit passing through coal strata. Because it is a gas-rich tunnel, construction ventilation is a key component of the construction engineering. In this paper, based on current mechanical ventilation modes and the characteristics of the Huayingshan Tunnel, a combination mode of forced ventilation and jet flow gallery ventilation is adopted. By calculating the amount of fresh air required for tunnel ventilation, dividing the work area in light of gas concentration, and calculating the specific resistances of the ventilation ducts and tunnel, the optimal configuration for the construction ventilation fans is carried out, and the construction ventilation scheme for each work area is determined.
