摘要     通过对既有铁路和公路隧道耐久性现状的调研及调查,发现大部分隧道均存在主体结构耐久性不足的情况,而造成隧道结构耐久性不足的原因是多方面的,其中设计方面的原因是隧道病害的根源。以往修建的山岭隧道设计标准普遍偏低,对隧道结构耐久性考虑不足,只是单一的强度设计,而非全面的性能设计;而设计方面的原因又主要表现在对围岩地质情况和水文条件重视不够、混凝土材料类型选择不当、混凝土初裂控制不严、胶凝材成分单一且级配差、二次衬砌厚度偏大且韧性差等方面。文章针对在设计方面隧道结构耐久性不足的原因,提出了解决隧道主体结构混凝土耐久性的主要对策,即采用多元复合胶凝材配制混凝土,以及复合胶凝材配送站模式供给、加强初期支护、减薄二次衬砌厚度、混凝土中添加适量纤维等措施。

Abstract:  Extensive research and investigations on the durability of existing railway and highway tunnels indicate that the majority of tunnels suffered from various degrees of defects induced by durability deficiencies. There are many reasons that can contribute to the lack of durability of the major structure of a tunnel and the root cause proves to be the philosophy of design. The previous design standards of mountain tunnels were generally alow level and did not sufficiently consider tunnel structure durability, which could only be regarded as strength-oriented design rather than comprehensive performance-based design. Many misconceptions involved in the philosophy of tunnel design include failing to pay sufficient attention to the geological and hydrological conditions, inappropriate concrete material, failing to strictly control the initial cracking of concrete, single composition and poor gradation of the cementitious material, thicker second linings with excessive stiffness and poor toughness, etc. Regarding the design deficiencies in the structure durability of mountain tunnels, the following main measures are proposed: multiple composite cementitious material is to be used to prepare concrete, composite cementitious material is distributed by the batching plant, the primary support is to be strengthened while the second lining thickness is reduced, and proper fiber is to be added to the concrete.
