摘要  在南京地铁三号线、十号线长距离过江盾构隧道施工中,为降低盾构长距离穿越长江、施作区间横通道及江中风井的施工风险,确保行车及防灾等功能,通过对隧道过江方案、隧道横断面设计、隧道内部结构布置及施工方法的优化比选,首次提出了采用单洞双线三层大直径盾构隧道的断面形式。实践表明,单洞双线三层大直径盾构隧道的施工方案在降低工程风险、满足隧道运营要求和防灾功能的前提下,可最大限度地提高隧道空间的利用率,使隧道的通行能力得到充分发挥,其经济、社会及环境效益显著。

Abstract: To reduce the construction risks associated with long-distance river-crossing shield tunnels, such as the cross passages and intermediate ventilation shafts of the Nanjing metro line 3 and line 10 projects, and to ensure normal vehicle driving conditions and prevent disasters, a type of cross section with a single tube, double tracks, and three levels was proposed. This selection was made after performing a comparison and optimization of river-crossing tunnel options, cross section designs, internal structural layouts, and construction methods. The results show that, except for reducing construction risks and meeting the operation and disaster prevention requirements, it can maximize the utilization of tunnel space and give full play to the traffic capacity with significant social, economic, and environmental benefits.
