Abstract：
For a shaft of a thermal power pipeline using the upside-down well wall method, the grouting technology was conducted under no dewatering and good results were obtained. Considering the hydrogeological conditions and surrounding environmental conditions, the design parameters and construction technologies of grouting are described, including the type of grout and mixture ratio, grouting pressure, grouting volume, diffusion radius, grouting-hole pattern and specific standards for groutingfinish. This project indicates that grouting solutions can effectively stop water and play a role in reinforcement through the rational design of grouting parameters and strict control of construction technology in order to accomplish safe shaft excavation and expand grouting applications.
