摘要  北京市某热力竖井采用倒挂井壁法施工,在非降水条件下进行注浆止水,取得了较好的效果和相关经验。文章以此工程为例,根据该竖井的水文地质条件及周围环境情况,详细论述了注浆止水方案的设计参数和施工技术,包括浆液的类型及配合比、注浆压力、注浆量、扩散半径、注浆孔布置及具体的注浆结束标准等。工程实践表明:结合理论与工程概况,通过对注浆参数进行合理设计及对施工工艺的严格控制,单纯的注浆止水方案可以有效地止水并能起到加固作用,满足热力竖井安全开挖的目的,从而在一定程度上扩大了注浆法的应用范围。

Abstract: For a shaft of a thermal power pipeline using the upside-down well wall method, the grouting technology was conducted under no dewatering and good results were obtained. Considering the hydrogeological conditions and surrounding environmental conditions, the design parameters and construction technologies of grouting are described, including the type of grout and mixture ratio, grouting pressure, grouting volume, diffusion radius, grouting-hole pattern and specific standards for groutingfinish. This project indicates that grouting solutions can effectively stop water and play a role in reinforcement through the rational design of grouting parameters and strict control of construction technology in order to accomplish safe shaft excavation and expand grouting applications.
