基于GIS的隧道坍塌救援管理系统的设计与开发

Design and Development of a GIS-Based Management System for Tunnel Collapse Rescue

  • 摘要: 文章针对我国隧道施工坍塌事故的应急救援预案及措施,提出了基于地理信息系统(GIS)的隧道坍塌救援管理系统的设计方案,重点论述了该系统的系统功能模块和系统框架结构的设计,并采用 SuperMap Object平台和 SQL server2012数据库管理系统以及 Visual Basic可视化环境进行开发,将地理信息技术应用到隧道施工坍塌事故的应急救援管理中。该系统的开发不但为隧道坍塌事故的救援带来了新的管理手段,提高了应急救援水平,更为企业降低安全损失和保证人员生命安全提供了保障,具有良好的应用和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Based on existing emergency rescue plans and countermeasures for tunnel collapse during construction in China, a GIS-based tunnel collapse rescue management system is proposed. The design of a functional modulus and configuration are described in detail, and the SuperMap Object platform, SQL server2012 database management system, and the Visual Basic visual environment are used in the design development. The development of this system provides a new management method, improves emergency rescue, minimizes harm and guarantees personnel safety.
