米仓山特长隧道竖井施工技术

Construction Technology for the Shaft of Extra-long Micangshan Tunnel

  • 摘要: 特长深埋公路隧道通常采用竖井分段式纵向通风。竖井作为一种特殊的结构型式,其施工难度大、设备投入多、安全管理风险高。文章结合巴桃高速米仓山特长隧道深大竖井的建设案例,对环保区深大竖井的施工技术、施工配套设备和施工管理等方面进行了探讨。米仓山特长隧道通风竖井采用短段掘进、单层模筑混凝土衬砌的混合作业法施工,施工配套设备主要包括井架、提升设备、钻孔设备和出碴设备等,实际工程应用效果良好。

     

    Abstract: It is often for the extra-long deep-buried road tunnel to adopt sectional longitudinal ventilation with shaft. As a special type of structure, shaft is characterized by challenging construction, much equipments investment and high risks of safety management. Based on construction of a large and deep shaft of the extra-long Micangshan tunnel on the Batao expressway, it discussed the construction technique, equipment matching and management of large and deep shaft in an environment protection area. Short section advancing and single-layer cast concrete lining were adopted in a ventilation shaft of the extra-long Micangshan tunnel, and the construction equipments are mainly head frame, hoisting equipment, drilling equipment and mucking equipment.
