四孔小间距重叠暗挖隧道施工顺序研究

Study on Construction Sequence of Four Overlapped Bored Tunnels with Small-spacing

  • 摘要: 多孔小间距重叠隧道施工顺序的选择及优化是影响其施工安全与进度的关键。文章基于重庆轨道交通四号线一期工程与九号线工程形成的四孔小间距重叠暗挖隧道,设定了 4种不同的施工顺序,通过有限元数值模拟,研究了施工顺序对地表沉降、隧道结构内力及变形的影响。结果表明,重叠暗挖隧道的施工会导致地表发生沉降,且隧道间距越小,造成的地表沉降越大;从控制地表沉降、隧道拱顶沉降和衬砌应力的角度看,“先下后上”施工顺序要优于“先上后下”施工顺序,而后行隧道的施工顺序相对而言影响不大;本工程采用“先下后上,后行隧道先左后右”的施工顺序,地表沉降与隧道拱顶沉降值均未超过 10 mm,满足规范要求,沉降数据的变化规律与有限元分析的结果是一致的。

     

    Abstract: Selection and optimization of construction sequence of the small-spacing and overlapped tunnels are key factors affecting construction safety and progress. Based on the four small-spacing and overlapped bored tunnels of Line 4I and Line 9 on Chongqing Rail Transit, the influences of four different construction sequences on ground surface settlement, internal force and deformation of tunnel structure were studied using finite element simulation. The results show that the construction of overlapped mined tunnel causes settlement of ground surface, the closer the overlapped mined tunnels are, the larger the ground surface settlements are; the“lower-upper”construction sequence is superior to the“upper-lower”sequence for controlling ground surface settlement, tunnel crown settlement and lining stress, and construction sequence of the following tunnels has little effect; for the four small-spacing and overlapped mined tunnels, it is optimal to adopt a construction sequence of“lower-upper and left-right”with the ground surface settlement and crown settlement no more than 10 mm, meeting the requirements of technical standards concerned, and the variation law of settlement is consistent with the results of finite element simulation.
