Abstract It describes the project management system and decision support system concerning the overall monitoring, comprehensive management information database, documentation, data statistic and analyzing as well as the decision-making of management layer. This information management system will analyze the working process and insert the sub-system of management to realize the standardized management and informatization management, forming a working platform featured by reasonable structure, data sharing and high efficiency.
