基于自由设站和推进模型相结合的敞开式TBM姿态计算方法

A Method for Attitude Calculation of Open TBM Based on Free Station Method and Thrust Model Integration

  • 摘要: 针对敞开式隧道掘进机(TBM)存在换站距离短、耗时长,以及在强振动干扰情况下导向系统无法测量等问题,提出一种基于自动整平基座多点自由设站的全站仪测量方式与推进模型相结合的TBM姿态计算方法。通过建立全站仪自由设站模型、以推进行程等条件为基础的姿态推算模型,以及基于坐标转换原理的坐标偏差计算模型,实现敞开式TBM姿态数据的实时计算。现场测试结果表明:按所提方法得到的姿态数据与国外系统数据相比,偏差为±8 mm,精度满足工程应用需求;该方法可在强振动工况下实现敞开式TBM姿态的实时测量,并采用自由设站模式进行换站,通过隧道控制点进行测量换站,换站效率较固定换站模式提高27%。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of short station change distance, time-consuming procedures, and the inability of the guidance system to measure under strong vibration interference in open TBM, a new method combining a total station measurement approach based on an automatic tribrach multi-point free station method with a thrust model was proposed. By establishing a total station free station model, an attitude prediction model based on thrust stroke and other conditions, and a coordinate deviation calculation model based on coordinate transformation principles, realtime calculation of open TBM attitude data was achieved. Field test results demonstrate that the attitude data obtained by the proposed method show a deviation of ±8 mm compared to foreign system data, meeting the accuracy requirements for engineering applications. This method enables real-time measurement of open TBM attitude under strong vibration conditions and adopts a free station mode for station change, utilizing tunnel control points for measurement and station transfer. The station change efficiency is improved by 27% compared to the fixed station change mode.
