复杂海域超宽堰筑法隧道施工关键技术——以深中通道东人工岛主线堰筑明挖隧道为例

Key Technology of Ultra-wide Weir Tunnel Construction in Complex Sea Area——A Case Study of Mainline Weir Cut-and-cover Tunnel in East Artificial Island of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link

  • 摘要: 针对复杂海域条件下超宽堰筑法隧道施工面临的超宽围堰设计、施工稳定性控制、异形基坑开挖组织以及大体积混凝土防裂抗渗难题,依托深中通道东人工岛堰筑段隧道工程,总结提出系统性处置解决方案。现场应用情况表明,采用双排钢板桩围堰及子围堰的设计方式能够有效保障围堰稳定性,围堰结构变形几乎可以忽略;采用差分全球定位系统(DGPS)与HYPACK软件相结合的清淤施工技术,在地质薄弱区域适当增加钢板桩桩长并进行旋喷桩加固,可有效避免钢板桩渗漏,减小围堰变形;异形深大基坑开挖遵循“整体分区、分段顺筑”原则,单个基坑按照“整体围护、降水辅助、竖向分层、纵向分段、先撑后挖、结构自下而上分段顺筑”的施工原则,能够有效保障施工组织;采用适合海域堰筑法明挖现浇隧道主体结构混凝土的最佳配合比,并结合自主研发的海工大体积混凝土智能温控与循环冷却水系统,可有效减少大体积混凝土裂缝和渗漏现象的发生。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenges of ultra-wide cofferdam design, construction stability control, excavation organisation for irregular-shaped foundations, and crack prevention and waterproofing for large-volume concrete in ultrawide cofferdam-built tunnels under complex marine conditions, this study summarises and proposes systematic solutions based on the cofferdam-built tunnel section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel East Artificial Island project. Field application indicates that the design approach employing double-row sheet pile cofferdams and sub-cofferdams effectively ensures cofferdam stability, with structural deformation being virtually negligible. Employing differential global positioning system (DGPS) integrated with HYPACK software for dredging operations, supplemented by extending sheet pile lengths and implementing jet-grouting reinforcement in geologically vulnerable zones, effectively prevents sheet pile leakage and minimises cofferdam deformation; Excavation of irregular deep excavations adheres to the principle of "overall zoning and sequential construction by sections" Individual excavation pits follow the construction principle of "overall retaining, dewatering assistance, vertical layering, longitudinal sectioning, shoring before excavation, and sequential construction of the structure from bottom to top" effectively ensuring construction organisation. Employing the optimal concrete mix design for the main structure of the cut-and-cover tunnel, constructed using the seawall construction method, combined with the independently developed intelligent temperature control and circulating cooling water system for marine bulk concrete, can effectively reduce the occurrence of cracks and leakage in large-volume concrete.
