灌浆套筒连接的地下结构中隔墙抗震性能研究

Research on Seismic Performance of Middle Partition Walls in Underground Structures Connected by Grouted Sleeves

  • 摘要: 地下结构中隔墙截面单薄、刚度较弱,常成为抗震薄弱环节。为此,提出一种采用超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,UHPC)灌浆套筒连接的装配式中隔墙体系,通过1∶1足尺拟静力试验对其抗震性能进行系统评估。结果表明:UHPC灌浆套筒接头具有可靠的连接强度与传力能力;试件破坏模式为典型的墙脚双向压溃,伴随混凝土大范围剥落、纵筋屈服及塑性铰集中形成;混凝土应变监测数据证实,墙脚区域承受最大弯矩,是抗震设计的关键控制部位;UHPC灌浆套筒可有效提升装配式中隔墙的整体性与延性。

     

    Abstract: In underground structures, middle partition walls with thin cross-sections and low stiffness often constitute seismic weak links. To address this issue, a prefabricated middle partition wall system connected by Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) grouted sleeves was proposed, and its seismic performance was systematically evaluated through 1:1 full-scale quasi-static tests. The results showed that the UHPC grouted sleeve connections possessed reliable connection strength and force transfer capacity; the failure mode of the specimens exhibited typical bidirectional crushing at the wall base, accompanied by extensive concrete spalling, yielding of longitudinal reinforcement, and concentrated formation of plastic hinges; concrete strain monitoring data confirmed that the wall base region experienced the maximum bending moment, representing the critical control location for seismic design; UHPC grouted sleeves could effectively enhance the integrity and ductility of prefabricated middle partition walls.
