运营铁路隧道病害整治拱架安装关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies for Arch Installation in Operational Railway Tunnels

  • 摘要: 钢拱架广泛应用于运营铁路隧道维护,但其安装仍主要依赖人工,存在难度大、效率低等问题。为此,通过系统分析钢拱架在隧道衬砌病害整治中的安装方法及工艺特点,针对作业天窗点时间短、工序衔接要求高、接触网制约导致越索作业风险大、作业空间狭小造成人机作业受限等技术难题,提出一种适用于运营铁路隧道病害整治的钢拱架安装机设计方案。该安装机具备钢拱架六自由度位姿调整及校正功能,可实现隧道拱顶处钢拱架的机械化安装,大幅提高安装效率,保障病害整治施工安全与质量。

     

    Abstract: Steel arch frames are widely used in the maintenance of operational railway tunnels; however, their installation still relies primarily on manual labor, which presents challenges such as high difficulty and low efficiency. To address this issue, a systematic analysis was conducted on the installation methods and process characteristics of steel arch frames in tunnel lining defect remediation. In response to technical difficulties—including short maintenance window periods, stringent requirements for procedure coordination, high risks associated with crossing overhead catenary wires due to spatial constraints, and limited working space that restricts human–machine operations—a design scheme for a steel arch frame installation machine suitable for operational railway tunnel defect remediation was proposed. The machine is capable of adjusting and correcting the position and posture of steel arch frames with six degrees of freedom, enabling mechanized installation at the tunnel crown. This significantly improves installation efficiency and ensures both construction safety and quality during defect remediation.
