盾构隧道花岗岩球状风化体控制爆破效果数值分析

Numerical Analysis of Controlled Blasting Effect of the Spheroidal Weathered Granite Body in Shield Tunnelling

  • 摘要: 花岗岩球状风化体给盾构施工带来了很大的难题,施工中可采用控制爆破技术提前进行预处理,然后盾构再通过。文章采用有限元数值模拟软件ANSYS对花岗岩球状风化体控制爆破处理进行数值模拟计算,并分析爆破的振动作用及岩体的破碎效果。结果表明:(1)爆破处理岩体后,炸药正上方地面产生的振动速度为0.35cm/s,满足爆破施工规范对振动速度的要求;(2)花岗岩球状风化体在爆破作用下破碎效果较好,最大破碎岩块尺寸为6.71 cm,满足盾构掘进排碴要求。

     

    Abstract: It is challenging for shield tunnel construction when spheroidal weathered granite body is encountered, and controlled blasting could be adopted as a pretreatment measure. In this paper a numerical simulation calculation was conducted by FEM ANSYS regarding controlled blasting of the spheroidal granite weathered body, the blast vibration and rock breaking effect were analyzed. The results show that the vibration velocity of the ground right above explosive is 0.35 cm/s after blast treatment, meeting the requirement of the specification of blast construction;good rock breaking effect is obtained for the spheroidal weathered granite body under the effect of blasting, and the max. size of the broken rock is 6.71 cm, meeting the mucking requirement for shield driving.
