复合地层不同岩石强度下滚刀贯入试验研究

Penetration Test of Cutter in Mixed Stratum with Different Rock Strengths

  • 摘要: 复合地层对滚刀的破岩效率及掘进参数有较大影响。文章针对济南市轨道交通R1线一标段复合地层盾构区间,开展了不同强度试件滚刀贯入力学试验,研究了不同贯入速率对滚刀破岩的影响。结果表明:岩石强度越大,抗侵入系数越大,脆性破坏越明显,滚刀受到的冲击荷载就越大;贯入速率对滚刀破岩的影响与岩石强度的类似,但跃进点贯入荷载、荷载跌落值和临界贯入度都与贯入速率呈对数函数关系;滚刀破岩过程可以划分为压密阶段、密实核形成和发展阶段、裂纹贯通失稳阶段和残余强度阶段。

     

    Abstract: Mixed stratum has significant influence on the efficiency of rock breaking and driving parameters of cut? ters. Aiming at the shield running tunnel section of lot 1 of Jinan urban rail transit R1 line in mixed stratum, penetration tests of the cutter in condition of rock samples with different strengths are conducted, and the effects of different penetration rates on rock breaking of cutter are studied. The test results show that: the larger the rock strength, the larger the invading-resistance coefficient and the impact load acting on disc cutter and more obvious of brittle failure; the effect of penetration rate on rock breaking of cutter is similar to that of rock strength, but the penetration load, load drop, critical penetration at jumping point are all in a logarithmical function relationship with penetration rate; the rock breaking process can be divided into four stages, namely compaction stage, dense core formation and development stage, crack cut-through stage and residual strength stage.
