人工挖孔盾构检修井的设计及应用

Design and Application of the Manual Excavated Shield Inspection Shaft

  • 摘要: 针对盾构刀盘检修,开挖常规的竖井进行常压换刀具有检修工期长、成本高的缺点。基于此,文章结合沈阳市某盾构隧道工程实例,提出了一种针对盾构刀盘检修的人工挖孔小竖井的设计方案,详细阐述了人工挖孔盾构检修井的施工步骤和注意事项。实际应用效果表明,该方法安全、可靠、经济,实现了快捷的盾构检修竖井施工。

     

    Abstract: As for the maintenance of shield cutterhead, it is characterized by long construction period and high cost to replace cutters by conventional shaft under atmospheric pressure. Taking a shield tunnel in Shenyang as an example, a design of the manual excavated small shaft for shield cutterhead maintenance is proposed and the construction procedures and cautions are presented. The practical effect shows this method is safe, reliable and economic, realizing rapid construction of shield inspection shaft.
