多供液管供液下液氮冻结优越性分析

Analysis of the Advantages of Liquid Nitrogen Freezing with Multiple Feed-pip

  • 摘要: 传统供液方式下的液氮冻结存在温度场分布不均匀、冻土发展较为不均衡的问题,而供液管开孔的供液形式虽然能够在一定层度上改善冻结的均匀性,但也存在供液分配不易控制的缺点。在液氮原型试验的基础上,文章分析了采用多供液管的供液形式在液氮冻结系统控制以及冻结效果均匀性提高方面的优越性。结果表明:多供液管的供液形式不但提高了冻结管管内温度、管壁温度、土体温度以及冻土轮廓沿冻结管纵向分布的均匀性,同时克服了供液管开孔的供液形式不易控制液氮供给在各供液孔的分配问题,保证了冻结管管内温度的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: With conventional liquid nitrogen supplying type, there are problems of uneven distribution of tempera? ture field and unbalanced development of permafrost for the liquid nitrogen freezing.The freezing uniformity can be improved to certain extent by opening on the liquid-supplying copper pipe but it still has the difficulty of distribution controlling of liquid nitrogen. Based on the prototype experiment of liquid nitrogen, this paper analyzes the superiority of multi-pipe liquid supply on system controlling and improvement of uniformity of liquid nitrogen freezing.The research shows that the multi-pipe supply increases the temperatures inside freezing pipe, pipe wall and soil mass and improves the vertical distribution uniformity of permafrost contour along the freezing pipe, overcomes the difficulty to control the distribution at various liquid supplying holes, guaranteeing the temperature stability inside freezing pipes.
