浅埋富水软弱围岩隧道掌子面后方位移控制技术

Control Technique for Displacement Behind the Working Face of a Shallow-Buried Tunnel in Water-Rich Soft Rock

  • 摘要: 文章以云南富龙高速公路那圩隧道为依托工程, 分析软弱围岩隧道变形速率加快、 累计变形量增大的原因, 并提出了采用护拱+锁脚锚管+仰拱底部钢管桩组合的掌子面后方位移控制技术。监控量测结果表明, 采用该方法后各项监控数据显著减小并趋于稳定, 有效避免了初期支护开裂、 侵限甚至坍塌的危害, 确保了施工安全。

     

    Abstract: Using the Naxu tunnel on the Funing-Longliu expressway as an example, this paper analyzes the causes of deformation acceleration and the cumulative deformation increment of a tunnel in soft rock, and proposes a combined control technique for displacement behind the working face, i.e. protective arch + locking anchor pipe + steel pipe pile at the invert bottom . The results show that by adopting this method, relative monitoring data decreases significantly and later tends to be stable, the events such as cracking, clearance intrusion and collapse of the primary support are avoided and construction safety is ensured.
