大跨度软岩隧道快速施工技术

Rapid Excavation Technique of a Large-Span Tunnel in Soft Rock

  • 摘要: 随着城市化进程的提速,为解决交通堵塞问题,地铁工程日益增多,如何提高施工进度、降低成本,确保施工安全,特别是针对大跨度软岩隧道来说尤为重要。文章介绍了重庆市轻轨一号线马家岩Ⅳb型大断面隧道施工中首次在国内采用的五部开挖法,详细叙述了五步开挖法的工艺原理及主要施工步序。由于采用了五部开挖法,使本工程节省了工序转换时间,大大提高了施工速度,缩短工期五个多月,节约成本260多万元,确保了施工安全,赢得了业主、监理、设计及参建各方的好评。

     

    Abstract: With rapid urbanization, more and more subways are built to solve the problem of congested traffic. It is very important to speed up construction progress, reduce cost and ensure construction safety, especially for large-span tunnels in soft rock. The five-step method was first utilized in the construction of the Majiayan Tunnel for the large IVb section of the Chongqing Light Rail Line 1. In this paper, the principles and main construction methods of the five-step method are presented in detail. With this method, the construction period is shortened by 5 months and costs are cut by more than ¥2.6 million.
