Abstract: This paper introduces the mechanism, features, and construction technologies of high-pressure horizontal jet grouting piles as well as their general application and some example projects. It also presents the application conditions and some relevant suggestions regarding the technological development of high-pressure horizontal jet grouting piles as advance support in tunnels and underground engineering.
