隧道施工监测数据处理与反馈稳定预测分析

Monitoring Data Processing, Feedback Analysis and Stability Prediction during Tunnel Construction

  • 摘要: 文章根据公路隧道施工开挖监测数据特点,提出了采用可靠度、饱和度、缺失度评估监测质量的方法,应用多项式、指数平滑、多种回归函数等方法对监测数据进行了补插、修均、拓延。该方法有效提高了监测数据的利用质量,保证了采用监测资料预报围岩稳定的合理性。并采用改进的粒子群优化算法对隧道开挖的围岩参数进行了反馈分析,采用三维弹塑性损伤增量变刚度迭代法对后期开挖的稳定进行了预测。通过对长山公路隧道施工开挖的实际模拟,说明该方法有效地保证了施工安全,及时指导了施工方案和支护参数的调整,为工程设计和施工决策提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristics of monitoring data during highway tunnel construction, a monitoring quality evaluation method combining reliability, saturation and deletion is proposed in this paper, by which data interpolation, graduation and extension can be achieved using polynomials, exponential smoothing, various regression functions, etc. In this way, data availability can be improved effectively, and the rationality of prediction for the rock stability can be ensured as well. Additionally, a feedback analysis is carried out for the rock parameters by adopting a modified PSO algorithm, and the rock stability was predicted for later construction by using a 3D elastic-plastic damage incremental variable stiffness iteration method. From a simulation of the construction of the Changshan highway tunnel, it is demonstrated that adopting the above method can not only guarantee construction safety, but also guide the adjustment of the construction scheme and support parameters in time.
