摘要  隧道风险管理是隧道工程项目管理的重要组成部分,现有风险管理与控制软件在计算方法等方面达到了较高水平,但是适用性不强,认可度不高,在工程实践中未得到普遍运用。文章借鉴WelcomRisk风险管理软件的优点,采取B/S结构,构建了风险源库、风险应对措施库、风险计划、识别、评估、决策、跟踪、监控、三维可视化预警、评估报告生成、系统管理、用户账户管理、系统扩展接口等模块,开发了一个全面、具有完整功能的盾构隧道风险管理软件系统。该软件具有可操作性强、实践性强的特点,并在南京地铁三号线D3-TA12标中得到了成功应用。

Abstract: Risk management is an important part of tunnel project management. In terms of calculation methods, the current software for risk management and control has reached a relatively high level, but it is not widely applied in engineering practice. Using WelcomRisk software, the following were established: a set of modules for a risk resource database, a risk countermeasures database, a risk plan, risk identification, risk assessment, risk decision, risk tracking, risk monitoring, a 3D visual early-warning system, an assessment report generation system, system management, user account management, and a system expansion interface. Additionally, a fully functional comprehensive software system was developed for the risk management of a shield tunnel based on the B/S structure; this system was successfully applied to lot D3-TA12 of the Nanjing Metro line 3.
