Abstract:
The No.2 ventilation inclined shaft of the Daxiangling Tunnel on the Yalu Expressway, characterized by its long distance and steep gradient, required the difficult task of tunnel ventilation. Utilizing a formwork trolley with a separate central diaphragm and a traction system consisting of a two-ton slow-speed windlass and 3×4 pulley blocks, the moving and positioning process was sped up, thus guaranteeing construction speed, reducing investment and obtaining good economic returns and social benefits.
