SCDZ133 Intelligent Multi-function Trolley and Its Application in Tunnelling

Abstract An intelligent SCDZ133 multi-function trolley with independent intellectual property, which is charac? terized by advanced hydraulic system, unique sliding and manipulator devices, good maneuverability and applicability, multifunction, automatic positioning and profile scanning, was developed based on a lot of research work and development experience, solving the problems of inaccurate installation, high labor intensity, low efficiency and poor effect related to steel arch installation, explosion charging, laying of ventilation pipes and measuring. With the advantages of equipments and experience of tunnel steel arch construction, the first developed“322”steel arch installation technique significantly increases construction quality and efficiency, and promotes the development of the technique of tunnel steel arch installation.
