Abstract This paper introduces the principles and site tests of the three kinds of forecasting technologies: seismic reflection, high-density resistivity method with three electrodes and advanced drilling. Integrated tunnel geological prediction was combined with these three technologies and carried out in the Changjiling Tunnel on the Guangzhou-Lechang Highway. The results indicate that the integrated geological prediction has the complementarity of merits and demerits regarding the indirect and direct prediction.
