Construction Cost Analysis and Risk Management of the Shenzhen Metro Lot 2222

Abstract    Metro construction has entered the era of meager profits. Projects with deficits can be found everywhere, such as Lot 2222 of the Shenzhen Metro. This paper discusses the risks of metro construction with respect to construction cost. The cost index of each construction item was calculated based on the analysis of the construction cost of Lot 2222 of the Shenzhen Metro and the control measures for construction cost risks are summarized.
