Abstract Using the Huagong Station of the Beijing Metro line 7 as an example, the design options of underground station structures in complex contaminated environments were analyzed and the factors affecting structure design were studied through theoretical analysis, analogy analysis and causal analysis methods. This paper presents the design ideas and concrete measures to be taken, as well as the key points to be noted in design and construction of such structures.
