Abstract Based on the National Science and Technology Support Plan, a self-designed high temperature ablation test platform was established, and high temperature ablation tests using different fire-resistant technologies (fireproof board and fireproof coating) were conducted considering the characteristics of immersed tunnels by using a 1∶1 local structural element made from C50 concrete. An appropriate fire-resistant scheme for the concrete structure that can withstand fire for 2 hours and meets the requirements of the HC or RABT heating curve is put forward after experimental analysis. In addition, some practical suggestions are presented.
