Abstract:
During the construction of shield tunnels, the changes of strata parameters have impact on ground sur? face settlements. Based on the Shanghai Beiheng channel project, the law of impact of cohesion, internal friction angle and compression modulus on ground surface settlements was summarized by 3D numerical analysis, and the sensitivities of strata parameters to ground surface settlements were obtained. The results show that the ground surface settlement is significantly reduced with an increase of cohesion, internal friction angle and compression modulus of shield tunnels with different buried depths; the cohesion has the lowest sensitivity to ground surface settlement and the stratum compression modulus has the highest sensitivity to ground surface settlement.
