断层破碎带特大断面公路隧道抗减震技术研究

Research on Anti-seismic Technology of Super Large Section Highway Tunnel in Fault Fracture Zone

  • 摘要: 采用三维有限差分计算软件,对断层破碎带特大断面隧道抗减震技术进行分析,通过数值模拟分析不同刚度衬砌材料以及注浆加固围岩形式对断层破碎带衬砌抗震效果的影响。结果表明:刚度较大的混凝土衬砌应力结果偏大,纵向影响范围有略微的增大的趋势;随着衬砌刚度的减小,最大主应力减小趋势不是线性的,具有明显的放缓的趋势,持续减小衬砌刚度的减震效果变得不明显;注浆加固形式对断层破碎带特大断面隧道衬砌的拱脚和拱腰部位具有明显的抗震效果,可以改善特大断面隧道衬砌受力;全环间隔注浆的抗震效果要优于全环接触注浆形式;建议在特大断面隧道断层破碎带处采用间隔1 m、注浆厚度为4 m的间隔注浆形式。

     

    Abstract: It analyzes the anti-seismic technology of highway tunnel with super large section in fault fracture zone by 3D finite difference calculation software. Through numerical simulation, the influences of different stiffness of lining structures and grouting reinforcement means on the anti-seismic effet of tunnelling in fault fracture zone are analyzed. The results show that the stress of concrete lining with larger stiffness is larger, and the longitudinal influence range has a tendency of slightly increases; with the decrease of lining stiffness, the decrease trend of maximum principal stress is not linear and has an obvious trend of slow down, and the damping effect becomes less obvious after continuous reduction of lining stiffness; the grouting reinforcement has obvious anti-seismic effect on arch foot and haunch of the super large section tunnel in fault fracture zone, which will improve the condition of force on tunnel lining; the anti-seismic effect of full ring grouting at intervals is better than that of full ring contact grouting; it is suggested that grouting at intervals of 1 m and 4 m in thickness should be adopted at the fault fracture zone of the super large section tunnel.
