Abstract:
Using the construction of the Tianpingshan tunnel on the Guizhou - Guangzhou railway as an example, this paper discusses the configuation during the mechanized construction of tunnels related to advanced geological prediction, excavation, preliminary support, mucking, invert construction, waterproofing, water drainage, and secondary lining. With an automatic safety pre-warning system, it is possible to realize tracking, positioning, and information management and achieve rapid and safe construction of long tunnels with large sections.
