Study of In-situ Monitoring of a Shallow-Buried Hydraulic Tunnel in Loose Ground
(1 Beijing Institute of Water, Beijing 100048; 2 Beijing Key Laboratory of Urban Oil and Gas Distribution Technology, China University of Petroleum, Beijing 102249)
Abstract Settlement monitoring and measuring of the ground settlement, crown settlement, convergence, surrounding rock pressure and internal force in the lining were performed at a shallow-buried hydraulic tunnel in loose ground based on the practices used for the South-North Water Diversion Project. Analysis of the ground deformation characteristics of the tunnel was carried out, and the deformation law and coverage of the excavation are presented.
Abstract:
Settlement monitoring and measuring of the ground settlement, crown settlement, convergence, surrounding rock pressure and internal force in the lining were performed at a shallow-buried hydraulic tunnel in loose ground based on the practices used for the South-North Water Diversion Project. Analysis of the ground deformation characteristics of the tunnel was carried out, and the deformation law and coverage of the excavation are presented.
