Abstract:
Aiming at safety risk management and control in urban rail transit construction, a standard system of safety risk management and control technology standards for the civil construction of underground works is presented with a focus on key points and core technology. Firstly, the risk identification and grading standards are set up regarding the underground engineering and surroundings. Secondly, design standards for safety risk control are proposed on the basis of geotechnical surveys and environmental investigations. Thirdly, a safety risk early-warning system combining monitoring, patrolling and an integrated warning is presented along with its reference standards. Engineering practice shows that this standard system is applicable, feasible and scientific.
