Development of a Virtual Assembly System for Cutterhead of Composite EPB Shield

  • 摘要: 复合式土压平衡盾构刀盘建模常常需耗费大量时间,这不仅影响刀盘设计效率,而且降低了刀盘装配可靠性。文章针对工程中常用的四辐条四辐板式和六辐条六辐板式刀盘进行系统开发,通过划分系统的功能模块,建立了两种常见刀盘的装配体模型库,设计了刀盘系统的可视化界面,实现了刀盘模型主参数的驱动,阐述了刀盘模型干涉检查的一般方法,运用XML技术实现了对系统数据的管理。

     

    Abstract: The modeling of cutterhead of composite EPB shield machine usually takes a great deal of time, which not only affects the efficiency of cutterhead design, but also reduces the reliability of cutterhead assembly. A system is developed for the common cutterheads (four spokes and four plates, six spokes and six plates), a model library of two common cutterheads is established by dividing the function modules of the system, and a visual interface of cutterhead system is designed, realizing the drive of main parameters of the cutterhead model. The general method of interference checking for cutterhead model is expounded, and XML technology is adopted to manage the system data.
