狮子洋输水隧洞泥水盾构设计及施工技术分析

Design and Construction Technology of Slurry Shield Used in Shiziyang Water Conveyance Tunnel

  • 摘要: 珠三角水资源配置工程旨在解决广州南沙区、深圳市、东莞市等缺水地区的供水问题以及粤东地区城市长远用水问题。其中,穿越狮子洋段面临钻孔少、距离长、水压高、断层多、断面大等挑战,因此需要从盾构选型以及隧道结构等方面进行适应性的设计。结合该工程的地质与水文状况,选用了直径为8.65 m的海瑞克泥水平衡盾构进行施工掘进,并在隧洞防水和防腐方面进行了重点设计。根据地层以及工程特点,提出如下施工建议:(1)在工程开展前,探明断层破碎带物理力学特征,并做好充分的穿越破碎带预案工作;(2)对岩土层进行磨蚀性与岩土成份试验研究,探明刀具在该地层的磨损规律;(3)研究新型注浆材料,形成新材料-注浆理论一体化的穿越断层带注浆体系。

     

    Abstract: The Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project aims to solve the water supply problems in the Nansha district of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and other water-scarce areas, as well as the long-term water supply problems of cities in eastern Guangdong. As for the Shiziyang crossing section, it will be faced challenges such as fewer drilling holes, long distances, high water pressure, multiple faults, and large cross-sections. Combining the geological and hydrological conditions of the project, a Herrenknecht slurry balance shield with a diameter of 8.65 m is selected for construction and excavation, and the tunnel structure is designed with emphasis on waterproof and anti-corrosion. According to the stratum and engineering characteristics, the following construction suggestions are put forward: (1) before the project is carried out, the physical and mechanical characteristics of the fault fracture zones shall be explored, and the crossing plan should be fully prepared; (2) experimental research on the abrasiveness and composition of the rock and soil layer should be conducted to find out the wear rule of the cutter tool in the rock and soil layer; (3) new grouting materials need to be researched to form a material-theory integrated grouting system for crossing the fault zone.
