富水砂质围岩超前预加固大断面隧道施工变形分析

摘要   文章以兰渝铁路桃树坪隧道超前预加固大断面施工工法为例,针对砂质围岩的工程特性及隧道施工中采用的水平旋喷超前预加固措施,通过有限元数值模拟和理论计算并结合现场监测数据,详细地对隧道地层挤出变形、地层超前位移、拱顶沉降、收敛等进行了分析。分析结果表明:(1)初期最大位移速率与最终累计位移成正比关系;(2)拱顶沉降和收敛位移都表现出明显的空间效应;(3)拱顶沉降和收敛变形具有一定的相关性。在该项新工法适用性的基础上,本工程反映出来的一些地下工程规律和特点,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract: Stratum extrusion deformation and advance displacement and crown settlement and convergence are studied in detail on basis of theoretical analysis and monitoring, with advance pre-reinforcement of Taoshuping large cross-section tunnel on Lanzhou-Chongqing railway as an example. The study shows that: (1) Primary maximum displacement velocity and the final displacement present positive correlation;(2) Crown settlement and convergence show obvious space effects;(3) Crown settlement is somehow connected with crown convergence. The applicability of the new technology is evaluated. The rules and characteristics reflected can provide references and guidance for the development of the mentioned technology.
