Abstract:
The management of a group of tunnels for an expressway in a mountainous area is very complex, and the mutual influence between the tunnels must be considered in the event of a fire. This paper proposes a transportation coordination control strategy for expressway tunnel group-open section-interchange, that is to say, the expressway is divided into different transportation control sections and transportation control units, and it follows the principle of "inside part goes first and the nearest goes first" to implement the coordinated control. Using the Fenghuangshan tunnel on the Zengcheng-Conghuac expressway as an example, this paper explains this strategy and the emergency response plan in case of a fire.
