含油气隧道瓦斯成因分析与安全治理

Analysis on the Genesis of Gas in the Tunnel with Oil and Gas and Its Safety Management

  • 摘要: 红岩溪隧道是国内高速公路史上首条富含油气的高瓦斯隧道。为解决隧道开挖过程中含油气瓦斯安全问题,文章对红岩溪隧道掌子面岩石、涌出气体与油溶性物质进行了现场检测和气样的碳同位素实验室测试分析。研究结果表明,该隧道瓦斯成因类型属低熟煤型油气,为非常规类型高瓦斯隧道。通过采取瓦斯防治培训、应急救援演练、安全管理流程规范化、通风系统改造、监测监控系统建立和重大危险源专项治理设计等综合防范措施,保证了该高危险源隧道安全贯通。

     

    Abstract: The Hongyanxi tunnel is the first highway tunnel in China, which is rich in oil and gas. In order to solve the safety problem of gas and oil during tunnel excavation, on-site detection and carbon isotope laboratory test of gas samples are conducted regarding the rocks at working face, gas and oil-soluble substances. The research results show that the genetic type of oil and gas of this tunnel is of low maturity and this tunnel is unconventional type with high contents of gas. Safe breakthrough is guaranteed for this tunnel with high risk source by adopting comprehensive measures of gas prevention and control training, emergency rescue drill, safety management process normalization, ventilation system improvement, monitoring and control system establishment and special treatment of major risk sources.
