铁路隧道全风化花岗岩地层地表注浆技术

Ground Surface Grouting Techniques for the Railway Tunnel in Completely Weathered Granite Stratum

  • 摘要: 埋深超过40 m的软弱围岩隧道一般以洞内水平注浆加固为主,但对洞内施工组织影响很大。文章基于梅汕铁路大岭隧道工程实例,对比了洞内和地表注浆加固方案的优缺点,并开展了地表深孔注浆加固地层的工艺试验研究。结果表明,采用承压钢质袖阀管注浆技术加固深埋全风化富水花岗岩地层,隧道开挖掌子面浆脉明显,浆液劈裂效果明显,掌子面稳定,为隧道实施大断面开挖作业创造了条件,实现了Ⅴ级围岩月进尺70 m的施工进度。

     

    Abstract: Horizontal grouting reinforcement is the main method for the tunnel with buried depth over 40 m in soft surrounding rocks, but it has a great influence on construction organization in the tunnel. Based on the Daling tunnel of Meizhou-Shantou railway, the advantages and disadvantages of the grouting reinforcement schemes from ground surface and in the tunnel are compared, and an experimental study on the technology of surface deep-hole grouting reinforcement is carried out. The results show that the clear grout vein and good grout splitting effect as well as stable work face are obtained by using grouting technology of pressure-bearing steel sleeve valve tube to reinforce the deep-buried completely weathered and water-rich granite stratum, creating conditions for large-section tunnel excavation and realizing monthly advance rate of 70 m in the surrounding rocks of grade V.
