摘要 文章介绍了地下工程中喷混凝土耐久性的试验方法,并根据试验结果研究分析了不同种类液体速凝剂对于喷混凝土耐久性的影响。分析结果表明,低碱型液体速凝剂可明显促进混凝土的收缩、降低混凝土的抗冻性和抗渗性能;而无碱液体速凝剂对于喷混凝土的耐久性能影响较小。扫描电镜和水泥浆体的孔结构分析表明,低碱液体速凝剂可使水泥水化产物结构疏松,同时增加水泥浆体中有害孔的含量;而无碱速凝剂则可促进水泥水化产物网络结构的形成,对水泥浆体孔结构也无不利影响。

Abstract: The effect of liquid accelerator on the durability of sprayed concrete was studied. The results show that low-alkaline liquid accelerator distinctly increases the shrinkage of sprayed concrete and decreases the frost resistance and permeability resistance of sprayed concrete. Alkaline-free setting accelerator has little effect on the durability of sprayed concrete. Also, the SEM and pore structure analysis show that low-alkaline liquid setting accelerator makes the hydration product of cement paste loose, increases the content of deleterious pores in cement paste. Alkaline-free setting accelerator promotes the formation of network in the paste and has no distinct effect on pore structure.
