Abstract:
Changhongling Tunnel is located beneath the dense residential houses and evaluations of buildings was taken concerning this. It collected the frequency scope of blasting vibration velocity and set the limited values based on risk assessment and gave the guiding measures. In view of the continuity and compatibility of the ground section, it took the full-face blasting with vibration absorption part by part and combined blasting. The water mill drilling was adopted in the non-blasting construction of adit. Additionally the monitoring of vibration velocity was taken in the procedure management. In this article it summarizes the key points of drill and blast construction of tunnel beneath dense residential houses and explains the significance of evaluation of the residential houses.
