硫铝酸盐水泥帷幕注浆施工技术在高盖山隧道F30断层的应用

Application of Curtain Grouting with Sulphoaluminate Cement to Gaogaishan Tunnel in F30 Fault Zone

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了硫铝酸盐水泥帷幕注浆堵水加固技术在高盖山隧道F30断层破碎带施工中的应用,阐述了硫铝酸盐水泥注浆在高压富水、含大量断层泥的挤压性断层中的堵水特性、应用范围、注浆参数、施工工艺,以及钻孔机具、压浆机具的选择与硫铝酸盐水泥注浆工艺的匹配性等。注浆效果检查表明:浆液饱满、地层高压裂隙水得到有效封堵、破碎层固结较好,确保了隧道安全开挖通过高压富水断层破碎带。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the application of curtain grouting with sulphoaluminate cement to F30 fault fracture zone of Gaogaishan tunnel, and it elaborates the effects of water blocking, application range, grouting parameters, selection of drilling tools and grouting machines, and construction technology of sulphoaluminate cement grouting in squeezing fault zone with high pressure, abundant water and large quantities of fault gouges. The test of grouting effect indicates that the grout filling is full, the effect of blocking fissure water under high pressure is obvious and the consolidation of fractured layer is sound, ensuring the safety of the tunnel excavation through the water-rich fault fracture zones with high pressure.
