微震爆破在顺层软岩隧道换拱技术中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Micro-Vibration Blasting to Arch Structure Replacement for Tunnels in Soft Rock

  • 摘要: 在隧道初期支护置换中,微震爆破具有周期短、效益高的优点,但是存在爆破震动难以控制的难点,这一难点在初期支护不稳定的顺层富水软岩隧道中显得尤为突出。文章对关垭子隧道微震爆破换拱技术进行了研究,结果表明:(1)爆破震动过程中震动速度折减与围岩收敛存在一定的规律性;(2)超前小导管注浆对围岩稳定性有积极作用;(3)纵向设置隔离带和竹节辅助减震措施能有效地削减爆破震动。

     

    Abstract: Micro-vibration blasting is characterized by short cycles and high efficiency when it is applied to the replacement of temporary support in tunnels, but it also has difficulty controlling blasting vibrations, which is particularly evident in tunnels constructed in water-rich soft rock. In this paper, the micro-vibration blasting technology applied to the arch structure replacement of the Guanyazi tunnel is studied. The results show that the relationship between a reduced vibration velocity and the convergence of surrounding rock follows a specific law, the advance grouting condulet plays an active role in stabilizing the surrounding rock, and auxiliary measures of longitudinal isolation strips and bamboo strips can effectively decrease the blast vibration.
