Abstract:
Micro-vibration blasting is characterized by short cycles and high efficiency when it is applied to the replacement of temporary support in tunnels, but it also has difficulty controlling blasting vibrations, which is particularly evident in tunnels constructed in water-rich soft rock. In this paper, the micro-vibration blasting technology applied to the arch structure replacement of the Guanyazi tunnel is studied. The results show that the relationship between a reduced vibration velocity and the convergence of surrounding rock follows a specific law, the advance grouting condulet plays an active role in stabilizing the surrounding rock, and auxiliary measures of longitudinal isolation strips and bamboo strips can effectively decrease the blast vibration.
